The town of Arsal is becoming a makeshift refugee camp for Syrians fleeing the fighting in border towns like Qalamoun and Al Qusair that have seen very heavy fighting in the last seven months. Aid to these camps is brought in by private charities like Lebanese for Syrians. Photo by Omar Alkalouti
